The Binghamton Rumble Ponies thank you for your support and for considering us to be a part of your fundraising event. We will consider donation requests from organizations in the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania region only. The information below will guide you through the process of requesting a donation and provide you with an overview of our guidelines. Please allow at least three (3) weeks for requests to be processed. All donations can be picked up as arranged unless your organization is notified otherwise. Please wait for a confirmation email that will let you know if you've submitted the request successfully.

Please note the following when submitting your donation request: Requests are filled at the discretion of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies. Special consideration will be given to non-profit organizations, however not exclusively. We may not consider donation requests for for-profit organizations/groups, i.e. employee recognition/incentive programs, family reunions, etc. As much as we would like to, we are unable to respond favorably to all requests due to the number of requests we receive. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved. If your event is less than three weeks away, we cannot guarantee your request will be filled in time.
